Keep the Operation Moving at B&E Marine
B&E Marine, located on the lakefront in Michigan City, IN, is hiring for Yard, Storage & Logistics Team Members (seasonal and full-time positions available). For over 73 years, B&E Marine has served the boating community of Northwest Indiana, Southwest Michigan, and Chicagoland. Our yard and storage team plays a vital role in keeping our marina, service department, and customers running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Move and position boats safely within the yard and marina
  • Assist with launching and hauling boats
  • Coordinate storage logistics and organization
  • Support service and sales departments with boat movement
  • Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized, and professional facility
  • Assist customers as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable, responsible individuals with strong attention to safety , 17
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work weekends during boating season
  • Experience operating hoists, forklifts, or heavy equipment is a plus (willing to train)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening , 25
