B&E Marine, located directly on the lakefront in Michigan City, IN, is hiring seasonal team members for a variety of roles. For over 73 years, B&E Marine has served the boating community of Northwest Indiana, Southwest Michigan, and Chicagoland. We’re looking for dependable, positive, and hard-working individuals who want to be part of a fast-paced, fun marina environment.

Available Seasonal Roles

  • Ship’s Store Associate
  • Gas Dock Attendant
  • General Maintenance Support
  • Reception / Front Desk

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers in our Ship’s Store
  • Support fueling operations at the Gas Dock
  • Help maintain a clean, organized marina and facility
  • Provide friendly front-desk reception and customer support
  • Work outdoors in a beautiful lakefront setting

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and responsible individuals with a friendly, team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work weekends during peak boating season
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening
