Spring Launch Confirmation 2026
Please review the items listed on this form as they will assist you in preparing your boat for the upcoming 2026 season. Please contact the Service Department with any questions you may have.
As a reminder, B&E's invoices are due upon completion. All spring work orders will be processed on the credit card you have on file with us. Call the Accounting Dept. to be sure your card is current or to request a credit card authorization form. If you do not have a card on file with us, all outstanding balances are due before your boat will be launched. All spring launch related invoices are due before taking your boat for the 2026 season. You may call Accounting to authorize a one-time usage of a credit card or remit payment in full by check prior to launch.
We will remove your shrink wrap at no charge to you two weeks prior to your tentative launch week. All canvas items removed during storage must be placed back on your boat prior to two weeks before your tentative launch week. If you would like to have your shrink wrap removed by a certain date, please notify the Service Department.
If you would like to make changes to the launch week, please fill in your requested launch week and contact the Service Department to confirm.
Battery Service & Replacement
Service: fill, charge, load test and install corrosion inhibitor
Replace: each battery replaced with equivalent size and specs (pricing varies by size/number of batteries)
Bottom Painting
We recommend repainting the bottom of your boat annually. Many bottom paints are designed for one season and although your paint may still look good, it may not work as effectively in the second year, allowing excess algae growth that reduces efficiency. Repainting annually will also help reduce the attraction of zebra mussels to the hull.
Prices include labor and materials for Interlux Aqua and Aqua One paints. Other types or brands of paint may have additional charges. The prices below do not include hoist or yard arm fees for trailer boats.

Trailer Boat Launch, Delivery & Trailer Storage
Launch and delivery to Michigan City area docks.
Empty trailers not picked up from B&E Marine within one week of the boat's launch will be placed into summer storage and billed at $1.50 per ft. per day.
Out-of-Town Boat Delivery

Authorization
I hereby authorize all above work to be done along with necessary materials. B&E marine and its employees may operate unit for purpose of testing, inspection or delivery at my risk. All boats delivered by B&E Marine will be secured to the best of our ability with a minimum of 5 dock lines. I understand that I will be charged for additional lines necessary to secure my boat properly. I will not hold B&E Marine liable for damage to my boat or articles left in my boat due to weather, fire, natural causes, theft, accident, lines stretching or any other reason beyond their control. I will check on my boat after launch.
All invoices due upon receipt. I agree to pay, in addition to all amounts due hereunder, reasonable attorney fees, collection and court costs as may be permitted by law.
