For over 73 years, B&E Marine has served boaters across Northwest Indiana, Southwest Michigan, and Chicagoland, maintaining a busy, well-equipped service department with year-round work.

Experienced Marine Technicians

Seeking technicians with MerCruiser certification preferred and strong diagnostic skills:

  • Experienced in marine engine service and repair
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and focused on high-quality service
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Technician Trainees

Willing to train motivated individuals looking to break into the marine industry:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and eager to learn
  • Motivated, hardworking, and takes direction well
